Hello again! It feels good to be re-connecting with you.......the months are simply flying by! After the gentleness of the early part of the year, the spring energies are really starting to fire up towards summer and there seems to be so much going on. My lovely friend Clara and I have established the Centre for Colour and Chi Kung, a natural extension of the work we both do. We find that everything flows so much more when we focus on bringing ourselves into 'centre', into alignment, so it has been a very natural flow for us to set up a 'Centre' from which to share our offerings. We find the interweaving of colour with Chi Kung to be immensely powerful, supportive, nurturing and expansive, and we are deeply excited to be sharing our discoveries. Our website is under construction and we are currently building a prospectus so we'll let you know when they are ready for viewing...

The expansion of the Metatronic Healing system is very exciting indeed and I am continually amazed and delighted at its power and beauty. I'm very honoured to have recently been initiated as a teacher of Metatronic Healing....what an extraordinary experience that was (and it's only the beginning I'm told!).

Melissie Jolly, my friend, mentor, teacher, and creator of Colourworks, arrives in the UK this month to teach a couple of workshops for Colourworks practitioners. So I'm feeling very blessed by all the wonderful people, things and events my life.

I reviewed Joe Vitale's 'Zero Limits' book a while back (see September 2007 newsletter) but I've been re-reading it and more consciously incorporating the ho'oponopono method into my life and all I can say is, if you are ready to experience life differently, read this book.

What a lot of love and gratitude I have been feeling. I hope you will feel some too as you read my newsletter and I wish you many blessings and much joy on this amazing ride we call life.

In this one-day workshop we will connect with body, heart and spirit to re-energise, inspire and expand into the unfolding spring/summer energies.  The element of Air is particularly mysterious and seductive, swirling mists of light and energy penetrating our cells and bringing expansion and freedom.  With a heady mix of airy stellar meditations, swirling opening movements, deep and enlivening breathing and soft pastel blue and white colour essences we will enjoy a day of magic and flow.

The Air elemental links us with our inner aspects of purity, clarity, insight and intuition and a deeper connection to the moon, the feminine and the mysteries of life.

Healing Weekend
10-11 May 2008

This is a fantastic event!  Around 40 different therapies and therapists to sample, from aromatherapy and acupuncture to reflexology and reiki, tarot readings, workshops, yoga, amazing stalls, films, lectures & lunch. There is no entry charge and your donations will go to benefit people all around the world.  All proceeds will benefit the Tibet Culture Trust and Give a Child a Life.

Metatronic Healing Foundation Course
